School payroll has become increasingly complex with a constant change in legislation and government policy. Working closely with our payroll partner, we provide a dedicated schools payroll service ensuring payments and deductions comply with the relevant regulations and guidance and that your employees get paid on time and correctly.

Our payroll partners have the technical expertise to make sure your school payroll is correct and to make all of the necessary returns required by you and your Local Authority.

Transferring to our Payroll provider is simple.  Heads HR will work with your school and a dedicated project manager to handhold the transition of your payroll service including liaison with the local authority to get the information needed.  Once everything is running to your satisfaction, you will be given a named contact who runs your payroll and knows your school.
